At the THDA (Tennessee Housing and Development Agency)- Homebuyers Education Initiative Peer session in Nashville,  HomeSource was recognized as ranking 3rd in the State of Tennessee (of 60 agencies) in total THDA Homebuyer Education production. HomeSource helped THDA close $19 million in home loans over the last year by providing their clients with Homebuyer Education, for a total of 177 home loans closed.  Congrats Team!!
