Willow Place – Senior Housing

A “country-like” setting near town and a new way of life for active seniors 55 years and older.

All units are equipped with stove, refrigerator and dishwasher. There is a 2,000-square foot community room with kitchen, sitting areas, and library area.

Rent includes water and sewer.

To qualify for occupancy, your annual gross household income must not exceed 80% AMI. Some units are set aside for households at or below 50% AMI.

We accept THDA and KCDC housing vouchers.
