Knox Housing Partnership, Inc. dba Homesource east tennessee (HSET) is committed to economic growth in the communities it serves. HSET is currently seeking tradespeople interested in being pre-qualified as potential vendors for the construction of Willow Place III, a 30-unit multi-family project located at 6010 Clayberry Drive in Knoxville, TN, occurring in 2025. Examples of trades needed are: electrician, flooring, drywall, painting, roofing, gutters, siding, masonry, landscape (this is not an exhaustive list).

*Businesses that qualify as Section 3, DSBE, MBE, DSDVBE, SBE, and WBE (Disadvantaged, Minority, Small, Women-Owned Businesses) will be given preference.*
