Like many people, I don’t always like being stuck in an office. So, when an opportunity came along to get out and see some of the homes we build here at Knox Housing Partnership, I jumped. Our Executive Director and Broker of Tennessee Valley Realty, Jackie Mayo, and I took a field trip and I wanted to highlight one of my favorite homes that we have ever built.

Located in Tazewell on Atkins Road, the first thing I noticed was how convenient it was to get to and from. This location is very convenient to Gibbs, Fountain City and Halls. Being off of Tazewell Pike, this home is located in a beautiful wooded area with a side-entry garage. The side entry really makes the home stand out from the street. At 1,520 square feet, this is one of the larger homes we have built. The good news is that there is up to $15,000 in Down Payment assistance available. Did I mention that this home is gorgeous too?
