Our supportive living house is done! Here is a picture of the front of the home from the east side. The home will be co-habitated by three members of the TennCare CHOICES program.
Here is the supportive living house from the west.
Building 4, which will include 6 1-bedroom and 6 2-bedroom apartments, is moving along, with footers dug and the back wall formed.
Build 5, which will included 6 1-bedroom and 6 2-bedroom units, is currently being plumbed. The slab foundation should go in soon!
Our new garage, ready for an ambulance or large van to pull in, er…after we clean it out, of course!
Our supportive living house has a fully accessible kitchen, with a lowered microwave, controls on the front of the oven, and a roll-under sink.
Our spacious bathroom has a wide turning radius and a roll-in shower.
Back outside, we can see the back wall of the first floor of our apartments. Building 5 is almost ready to start framing. 6 1-bedroom units and 6 2-bedroom units.
Building 4 is close to framing as well.
The backside of Building 5 will soon be ready to backfill.
And just like that, we have framing on Building 5!
