HomeSource provides affordable rents to low- and moderate-income households. Most of our rents are less than market rates. To ensure that our units benefit the households that most need them, we limit some of our rentals to lower-income households.

HomeSource does not reduce the amount of rent based on an individuals income. All tenants are expected to pay the full rent. HomeSource accepts vouchers on most of its properties, but does not directly provide them. If you need help paying rent, you should contact THDA, KCDC or your local housing authority about their Housing Choice Voucher Program.
