HomeSource east tennessee has been teaching, coaching, and walking alongside our neighbors since 1991. In 2025 alone, our team provided housing counseling and financial education to more than 200 individuals and one-on-one guidance to over 230 clients. Our programs are designed to meet you where you are, whether you're preparing to buy your first home, working to strengthen your financial footing, or navigating a difficult situation like foreclosure.

Every program is offered at low or no cost, led by HUD-certified counselors, and built around one principle: you deserve honest guidance without judgment. We're not here to tell you what to do. We're here to make sure you have what you need to make the best decision for your family.
